Refund Policy

At Nalam Foundation Trust, we value every contribution and are deeply grateful for the support that helps us continue our mission of serving children with physical and mental challenges. We take utmost care to ensure transparency and fairness in all our financial transactions.
However, as a charitable organization, donations once made are generally non-refundable. We request all donors to ensure they have verified the donation amount and purpose before completing the transaction.
1. Donations
All donations made to Nalam Foundation Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of a genuine error such as:
Accidental duplicate donation.
Incorrect donation amount due to technical or processing error.
If such an error occurs, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of the transaction date by emailing [insert your trust’s email address] with proof of payment and transaction details.
2. Event or Program Fees
If you have registered or paid for a special event, training program, or workshop organized by Nalam Foundation Trust, and the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
In case of your personal inability to attend, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative deductions.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be made using the original method of payment (where possible) within 10–15 working days after confirmation.
The Trust is not responsible for delays caused by banking channels or payment gateways.
